Updates will follow online here on our classes page, on our “live schedule” (mbo) and on Facebook.

At Kalyana Yoga Shala and Wellness Centre your well-being is not only our business but also our deepest consideration. We will be closed for now. Changes to this will be determined and announced ASAP. As time progresses, we shall have additional well thought out plans in place. Based on guidelines and a greater scope and feel for the trajectory of the COVID-19 Virus we will decide how we may best support vibrant health and serve you, our valued clients.

Thank you all for supporting us through high tides of health and low tides of revenue. As a small business, this is far from an ideal decision. From the perspective of health, well being and our love for you and humanity this is our BEST decision. We will maintain our decision of closure for now with updates to come. We feel it best at this time of unknown trajectory to support you with this decision, to support the greater good. We bow with deep gratitude to you for your support as we ride the tides together. May you be buoyant by all the times you have unrolled the mat and rooted in a healing practice at Kalyana Yoga Shala. May you remember and let that remembering come to you at home, and wherever you roam – perhaps in the forest, out in the sun in a wonderful discovery of life’s brilliant expressions. May you find time in service to help those that may need it. May we find peace together and hold each other in our thoughts and our hearts. I will do my best to find creative ways to bring some practices your way in the days to come. Stay tuned and well tuned… Sing a tune… it is great for your immune-ity…just a little ditty every day! A little Joke and a lot of play… may it fill your day and your life in an uplifting and strengthening way. Much LOVE and vibrant health to ALL of you… and ALL!

Om Dear Kalyana Clients

The best way to stay vibrant and healthy is to keep your immunity up. Sleep well, eat well, laugh well, dance well, sing well = be well.

Let stress be what motivates not what deteriorates.

Yoga practice, meditation, and pranayama (breath work) are all good for you and good your immunity.

 

In these recent days there has been much information about health concerns on this planet and the spread of COVID-19.

As always the staff at Kalyana is taking diligent care to keep our community safe, sage and healthy. We always strive to keep Kalyana tidy, comfortable and clean on a daily basis, which we will continue to do. Additionally, we will disinfect surfaces and door handles throughout the day. Our staff will ensure they will come to work healthy. You can check our updated “live schedule” by clicking below.

Should you have a sore throat, a cough or a fever please seek proper care and return home to recover and rest. We ask that you not come to Kalyana ill.

 

Thank you for doing your part too. We kindly request that you:

 

  • Only come to class when healthy and if you have not been travelling in the last two weeks.
  • Kindly use the hand sanitizer (provided by our staff) upon check in before entering the LOTUS ROOM.
  • You may wish to do a secondary cleanse with a thorough hand wash in washrooms once you enter into the room.
  • Please feel free to bring your own blocks/mats to class
  • Should you borrow a mat or blocks you must sanitize with the sanitizing mat spray and wipe down after you are done.
