Hatha Flow
Flow-based Hatha Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that “flow” with the breath in a more vigorous series. The flow involves moving from one posture to another with minimal rest in between. This class is practiced in a regular temperature room but the fluent movement creates natural heat in the body. Hatha Flow provides a strong cardiovascular workout and is best suited to those who have practiced Hatha yoga and are familiar with postures, transitions, inversions and Sun Salutations. Modifications can and will be provided for postures to invite accessibility as well as growth. Come connect to breath and go with the flow!
